Medication Management and Individual Therapy
I offer medication management and in some cases therapy. I help you decide if medication is the right decision after an intensive intake and discussion of risks, benefits, and side effects. I also work with your therapist and primary care provider to coordinate care. I can assist you in finding a therapist once I get to know your needs and goals. I offer both in-person and virtual appointments. I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients and really put forth the effort to make sure they get the best treatment. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorders, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, adjustment disorders, stress disorders, women's issues, grief, divorce, substance abuse, and postpartum depression. I work passionately as an advocate for removing the stigma of mental health.
Online Therapy
Robin offers medication management and online therapy both in-person and virtual appointments for NC residents. Telepsychiatry is the practice of medicine using technology to deliver care at a distance. Telepsychiatry has become a means to assist clients in rural areas in obtaining treatment. Robin works with your primary care and orders labs when necessary. Robin makes care obtainable for those who cannot get an appointment due to not enough providers or long wait times. Robin is certified in telehealth and protecting your privacy online is vital and procedures are the same as in-person. If you reside in North Carolina please contact me for information.
